This is sweet Maddi. She is 1-2 years old and is spayed. She has called the shelter her home for almost a year now. The top right photo just tells all. She is beyond beautiful and she just loves to be petted and snuggled.

This cutie pie is Zaney. He is 9 months old and is neutered. The top left photo tugs on my heartstrings. When I began this project, I promised myself that I would not feature any animals in their cages. I wanted people to be able to picture the animals as being their pets! I wanted to perfectly portray the animal's personalities. But, when I walked into the shelter and saw sweet Zaney reaching out to me like that... I just couldn't resist. I fell in love with this cat. His big gold eyes, long long long whiskers, and little white feet ventured straight into my heart. Hmm. I can already tell that this isn't going to be the easiest project of mine.

This is adorable Tommy. He is  1-2 years old and is neutered. Tommy is such a playful guy, but he still has a big heart. His big green eyes are adorable!

This is adorable Jill. She is 2 years old and is spayed. Jill has been at the shelter ever since she was a newborn kitten. Of all of the cats there, she has been there the longest (and that is why it is so paramount that she finds a home)! Jill is the most loving cat I have ever met, and trust me, I've met a lot. She loved to snuggle up to me and just lay down and roll around and be petted. Even though she is always cooped up in her cage, when I got her out, all she wanted to do was snuggle! Oh, she is just too sweet.

This is Clover. She is 2 years old and is spayed. Clover is as playful as a kitten and a bit spunky too! She is a very curious cat and she loves to be close to people. Wherever I walked, she followed.

    Best Paw Forward

Those that know me know that I have always had a special spot for animals in my heart. Best Paw Forward is a project that my cousin, Michelle, and I are beginning to help find loving homes for animals in the Humane Society of Seneca County and the Seneca County Dog Warden.
